Cancellation, Refunds and Transfers

Cancellation of Course

Learners will be notified by email if Texas A&M University cancels a course or a weather or disaster event occurs. A full refund will be provided to all learners.

Requesting a Refund

Refund requests received more than 14 days before the scheduled course or simulation will be honored at 50% of the course price. Refunds will not be issued if the request is received fewer than 14 days before the scheduled course or simulation.

Requesting a Transfer

Learners unable to complete or attend a course may transfer their registration one time to the same course at a future date. This includes learners actively enrolled in a course.

Transfer requests must be received no later than 14 days prior to the start of the originally scheduled course. We are unable to accommodate transfer requests fewer than 14 days prior to the course.

To request a transfer to a future instance of the same course, email forensicnursing@tamu.edu.

Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
